60-Day Glow Guarantee

Use your Moonlissa Warm Gua Sha for up to 60 days. If you don't love it, even if you've used it, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email info@moonlissa.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.

Condition

Return the massager with its charging cable and, if you still have it, the original box. Opened and used items are accepted under the 60-day guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.

Warranty

Every massager comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If it stops working, contact us and we'll send a free replacement.
