Products

The Moonlissa Warm Gua Sha is a cosmetic massage tool for relaxation and self-care. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Do not use it on broken, irritated or sunburned skin. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device, consult your doctor before use. Lifestyle images on the site are illustrations; colors may vary slightly on screen.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos and the Moonlissa name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
