Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with tracking.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 5–9 business days from the day you order, including 1–2 days to prepare your order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email info@moonlissa.com and we'll resend it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
